A Queens neighborhood where a rowdy car meetup erupted into violence has been promised speed bumps -- but locals wonder if they'll solve the area's plague of speeding cars.

MaGee, 26, was riding on a Chicago L train Nov. 17 when Lawrence Reed, a repeat offender with 72 arrests -- 22 of them since 2016 alone -- doused her with gasoline and set her ablaze.

"When I came out, I said, 'Bro, you gotta get the f--k off my property,' and that's when it all started," victim Blake Ferrer told The Post.

"They come when the cops are not around,'' said a man named Sowmmo, a Canal Street gift-shop worker.
