The family of Calvin Dickey Jr. has filed a lawsuit against Bucknell University claiming negligence in the death of their son, who died after collapsing during a team practice.

Officials in Costa Rica confirmed Wednesday that the official cause of death for 14-year-old Miller Gardner was carbon monoxide poisoning.
