US homeowners: tell us how you are coping with the rising costs of owning your home

We’re interested to hear how US households are managing the surging costs of homeownership – mortgage interest, home insurance and repairs

We’d like to hear from homeowners in the US who are struggling with the surging cost of homeownership amid climbing property prices, rising costs for home insurance and home repairs, and higher mortgage interest rates.

Have you struggled keeping up with home insurance payments, or put off home repairs due to the cost? Or have you turned to more debt to keep up with the costs of owning your home, for instance credit cards or smaller loans? Have you recently begun letting parts of your home to afford to continue living in it, or made other significant sacrifices?

Would you and your sexual partner like to share the story of what you get up to in the bedroom?

The Guardian’s Saturday magazine is interested in hearing from couples, partners and former lovers to talk about their sex lives

How is your sex life going? The Guardian is looking for couples to talk honestly – and anonymously – about what they get up to in the bedroom for the Saturday magazine’s much-loved This is How We Do It column.

The point of this column is to tell truthful, un-sensationalised stories about sex, so we are particularly keen to hear from you if you are not swinging from the chandeliers. How do you navigate intimacy when your partner wants sex more than you do? Or when the honeymoon stage has worn off? Or when you are not feeling spectacular about your body?

We’re looking for couples of all ages and sexualities. We would not publish your names or where you live.

People in the US: share your experience of using TikTok

We’d like to hear from people in the US about their experiences of TikTok following the president pausing the ban of the app

TikTok users in the US prepared themselves for a ban that was due to take effect on 19 January. However, following an executive order granting TikTok a 75-day extension signed by Donald Trump, users now find themselves in new territory.

For those in the US wanting to download the app on their phones, the social media platform is unavailable in app stores, however those who already have it on their phones can continue to use it, for now.
