The unidentified man was sitting at a booth at a restaurant on Cottman Avenue when a small piece of metal thought to be from the crashed Learjet flew through one of the glass windows.

Mexico's president has confirmed that the six victims who were on the small medevac jet that crashed in a Philadelphia neighborhood Friday evening were Mexican citizens.

"What we're seeing is the self-destruction of the Kennedy family," one biographer told The Post.

"We have their information because they were previously arrested and booked in and fingerprinted ... But it's not as if we are getting notification if these criminal aliens are arrested. Nobody local will tell us that," one officer told The Post.
