The crazed son who allegedly knifed his parents to death inside their family-owned Long Island deli was sitting in the parking lot covered in blood when cops arrived at the grisly scene, police said.

The suspect allegedly knifed his mom and dad just after 9 a.m. inside the A & A Italian Deli on Hicksville Road near Boundary Avenue in Bethpage, cops and sources said.
