Eggs are in short supply throughout the United States, and several state laws aren't helping the situation, according to the American Egg Board. Bird flu is wreaking havoc on the U.S. poultry industry.

Scientists at University College London created what they are calling the "world's thinnest spaghetti." Don't expect to see this item on restaurant menus any time soon, however.
