While adding your WhatsApp to Accounts Center is completely optional and off by default, it can help those who want features to work more seamlessly across apps. For example it’ll be easier to reshare updates from your WhatsApp Status to Facebook or Instagram Stories and show your friends what’s happening in your life without having to post multiple times. You’ll also be able to log back in to your WhatsApp account with a single sign-on, so you can get back into your accounts faster and with fewer steps.The WhatsApp integration into Accounts Center is being rolled out globally over the next few months. Once available, users will find the option in their WhatsApp settings or when cross-posting content across Meta's platforms, such as re-sharing a Status to one of its other apps.

EA is pulling the plug on its Origin software, forcing users to migrate to the newer EA app. But this transition isn't without its casualties, as the EA app requires a 64-bit operating system, leaving behind those on older 32-bit systems.
The Origin app will officially cease operation on April 17th, 2025. EA cites the end of Microsoft's support for 32-bit software as the reason for this decision. While it's technically possible to run 32-bit applications on Windows 11 (64-bit OS) using compatibility tools, EA warns that this might lead to issues, especially with demanding games.
This transition will likely cause problems for users unaware that they're running a 32-bit version of Windows 10 or that their system doesn't meet the TPM 2.0 requirement for Windows 11. Fortunately, Microsoft has allowed Windows 11 to be installed on unsupported hardware, even if with some restrictions.
For users whose PCs support Windows 11, upgrading to the newer operating system is the most straightforward solution. The EA app can be easily installed, and game libraries and cloud saves will transfer seamlessly. However, those with games that don't support cloud saves will have to manually transfer their save files to avoid losing progress.
KitGuru says: While it's understandable that companies like EA prioritise supporting current technologies over legacy ones, the transition to the EA app and its 64-bit requirement could leave some gamers behind.
