André Pratte: Pablo Rodriguez has won over the Quebec Liberals. That was the easy part

Last Saturday, close to three years after suffering its worst election defeat in 155 years, the Quebec Liberal Party (QLP) elected a new leader. Former federal Cabinet minister Pablo Rodriguez won a closely fought battle on the second ballot, with 52 per cent of the vote.
