Five new Steam games you probably missed (December 1, 2025)

Cyber Monday is the right time to score a brand new pair of Sony's newest flagship wireless noise cancelling headphone at the lowest price ever. Buydig (via eBay) is offering the brand new Sony WH-1000XM6 Wireless Noise Canceling Headphones for just $318.40 after you apply off coupon code "CYBERWEEK20". That's a 30% discount off the $450 list price and blows away any other WH-1000XM6 deal I've seen so far. BuyDig is a reputable authorized Sony reseller.
The Sony WH-1000XM6 headphones is the 2025 successor to the WH-1000XM5 that was released back in 2022. Both sound quality and noise cancelation have been noticeably improved on the XM6 thanks to a more powerful QN3 audio processor and a total of 12 beam-forming microphones that do a great job of picking up and cancelling out unwanted noise. The XM6 is also more comfortable to wear because of the hinged earcups. The same design also allows the XM6 to be more easily stowed away since the earcups can be folded inwards to fit in a smaller carrying case. It can last up to 30 hours on a single charge, and a quick 3 minute top-up over USB Type-C will give you up to 3 hours of continuous playback. You can save some money by going with an older generation XM5 or even the XM4, but as long as it is within your budget, the XM6's improvements in sound quality, noise cancelation, and ergonomics makes the new model worth it.

Throughout Black Friday and Cyber Monday, eBay has consistently had the lowest prices on all sizes of the LG Evo C5 4K OLED TV. The only problem is that they keep going in and out of stock. As of the latest update, they're back in stock. If you are a prospective OLED TV buyer committed to making a purchase on Cyber Monday, and you see your desired TV available, don't hesitate. LG is the best selling OLED TV globally for a simple reason. It's just that good.
LG's OLED TVs have been our favorite TVs for console gaming for three years running thanks to their outstanding image quality, low input lag, and high refresh rate. The 2025 C5 uses LG's proprietary Evo panel, which is significantly brighter and offers a wider color gamut than traditional W-OLED TVs.
Aside from higher production costs, there's no downside to this technology; the C5 boasts the near-infinite black levels, near-infinite contrast ratio, and near-instantaneous response times you'd expect from any OLED TV. This is easily the best TV for streaming 4K HDR content in its intended glory.
The LG C5 has the necessary gaming features as well, including a native 120Hz panel that can be pushed to as high as 144Hz, HDMI 2.1 inputs for running PS5 games in 4K at up to 120fps, variable refresh rate (VRR) and auto low latency mode (ALLM). The C5 is also lightweight for its size because the rear cabinet housing is made of a composite fiber; for example, this 65" model weighs only 36 pounds without the stand, making it much easier to wall mount.

Here's a new deal that I didn't see during Black Friday. As part of its Cyber Monday Sale, Lenovo is offering the Lenovo Legion Pro 5 Gen 10 gaming laptop, equipped with a 16" OLED display and RTX 5070 GPU, for just $1,199.00 after you apply $1,000 off coupon code "SUPERLEGION25". This coupon is not advertised at all on Lenovo's site so I'm not sure when this coupon expires. It could be Cyber Monday or it could even be tonight.
The Lenovo Legion Pro 5 series is a higher-end model featuring an aluminum top and durable plastic bottom. It weighs in at about 5.6 pounds. The gorgeous 16" OLED display has a 2.5K 189ppi resolution, 165Hz refresh rate, HDR 1000 True Black certification, and 100% DCI-P3 color range. The Intel Core Ultra 7 255HX has a max turbo frequency of 5.1GHz with 16 total cores. According to PassMark, the Core Ultra 7 255HX is Intel's fourth best mobile gaming chip and beats out every AMD CPU. This is a great processor for both gaming and workstation use, and a good match with the GPU.
The mobile RTX 5070 GPU performs about 5%-10% better than the RTX 4070 that it replaces. That's not a very big generational improvement, but the RTX 5070 has the newer DLSS 4 technology with multi-frame generation, which widens the performance gap in games that support it. DLSS 4.0. This GPU is a good match with the display's enhanced 2560x1600 resolution and bumping up to the next GPU in the stack (RTX 5070 Ti mobile) will cost you hundreds more.

Disney has a massive hit on its hands with Zootopia 2, which has secured an enormous $556 million global opening at the box office.
$156 million came in domestically during the Thanksgiving holiday (five day period), but it was internationally that Zootopia 2 soared with a whopping $400 million (China accounted for more than half that figure). Over the standard three-day period, Zootopia brought in just shy of half a billion dollars.
Overall, Zootopia 2 has the fourth highest global opening of all time, behind only MCU movies Avengers: Endgame, Avengers: Infinity War, and Spider-Man: No Way Home. Zootopia 2 now looks certain to become a billion dollar movie at theaters.
Zootopia 2 has set the record for the highest global animated opening of all time (current rates, same suite of markets), the highest global debut of 2025, the highest animated non-local opening of all time in China, the highest global opening ever for Walt Disney Animation Studios (current rates, same suite of markets), the highest global opening for any animated film in Disney history, the highest global opening for an animated sequel ever, and the highest global sequel opening since 2021. As you’d expect, Zootopia 2 is the number one movie globally, domestically, and internationally for the weekend.
IGN’s Zootopia 2 review returned an 8/10. We said: “Zootopia 2 sends ZPD’s first ever bunny-fox detective duo back onto the case of some of the weightiest issues we face as a society, and they brought all the animal puns with them.”
Disney looks set for an incredibly strong end to 2025, with Avatar: Fire & Ash due out December 19. There are understandably high hopes for its box office performance; Avatar remains the highest-grossing movie of all time (not adjusted for inflation), and has earned a staggering $2.9 billion across several theatrical runs. (Avengers: Endgame overtook Avatar for a brief period, before Avatar then stole its crown back via a fresh re-release.) 2022 sequel Avatar: The Way of Water earned $2.3 billion, meanwhile, cementing its place as the third-highest grossing film of all time. Still, last week, Avatar creator James Cameron said he was ready to walk away from the franchise if Fire and Ash doesn’t make enough profit to convince Disney to bankroll Avatar 4 and 5.
Meanwhile, Universal’s Wicked: For Good had a strong second weekend, and is now up to $393 million. Performance is in-line with Wicked, Wonka, and The Little Mermaid at the same point.
Now You See Me, Now You Don't is up to $187 million, Predator: Badlands is on $174 million globally after four weekends, making it the highest-grossing Predator movie ever - including Predator / Aliens crossover films - not taking into account inflation. Edgar Wright’s The Running Man continues its box office struggle, with just $61 million globally. Earlier this month, the writer of Arnold Schwarzenegger's The Running Man responded this year's Glen Powell box office flop.

The Alienware Cyber Monday Sale is well under way with some new deals on higher-end gaming PCs, some of which are actually better than what I saw during Black Friday. If you're seeking the absolute best of the best in PC gaming performance, look no further than Alienware's new Area-51 gaming PC equipped with an uber powerful GeForce RTX 5090 graphics card. Right now there are two ways you can score a great deal on one of these bad boys: new at Dell or refurbished at Dell Outlet. Either way, you can spend less than $4,000 to get a top-of-the-line gaming PC that will be at the forefront of gaming performance for years to come.
For Cyber Monday, Dell is offering brand new Aliewnare Area-51 gaming PCs equipped with an GeForce RTX 5090 graphics card starting at just $3,899.99. This is the first time I've ever seen a brand new 5090 desktop configuration sell for under $4,000 at Dell. The base system features a 240mm liquid cooled Intel Core Ultra 7 processor, 32GB of DDR5-6400MHz RAM, and a 2TB SSD. The system includes a 1,500W 80Plus Platinum power supply which gives you extra headroom for future upgrades down the roam. The RAM and hard drives are easily user-swappable.
The pricier system listed above boasts a 360mm liquid cooled Intel Core Ultra 9 285K processor.
Dell Outlet has just kicked off its own Cyber Monday Sale with some incredible pricing on Clearance, Like New (Refurbished) and Scratch & Dent Alienware Area-51 gaming PCs, equipped with your choice of GeForce RTX 5080 and RTX 5090 graphics cards. You're saving up to $1,600 compared to buying an identical system brand new.
All PCs purchased through Dell Outlet include the same warranty as buying new. Dell's certified refurbished systems are submitted to a rigorous refurbishing process. These previously owned products could have observable minor blemishes that do not affect performance, or could look as good as new.

Dell unveiled the new Alienware Area-51 gaming PC at CES 2025. The chassis is a super-sized upgrade to the 2024 R16 system with aesthetic and cooling redesigns and updated components. The I/O panel is positioned at the top of the case instead of the front, and the tempered glass window now spans the entire side panel instead of just a smaller cutout. As a result, the side panel vents are gone, and instead air intakes are located at the bottom as well as the front of the case. Alienware is now pushing a positive airflow design (more intake than exhaust airflow), which means a less dusty interior. The internal components have been refreshed with a new motherboard, faster RAM, and bigger power supply to accommodate the new generation of CPUs and GPUs.
The Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090 has emerged as the most powerful consumer GPU on the market. Although with this generation Nvidia has prioritized software updates, AI features, and DLSS 4 technology to improve gameplay performance, the 5090 still boasts an impressive 25%-30% uplift over the RTX 4090 in hardware-based raster performance. If you want the absolute best performance for your gaming PC, there is literally no other option from any other brand.

It's no secret that one of the top gift items of 2025 is the Nintendo Switch 2. The system already has major games like Donkey Kong Bananza, and there are already huge exclusives like The Duskbloods announced for 2026. With Cyber Monday officially here, Amazon has you covered with a brand new Nintendo Switch 2 bundle that has everything you need to get started with the system.
This bundle contains the Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart World Bundle, which is the best version of the console to buy. Right away, you get both a shiny new Nintendo Switch 2 and a copy of Mario Kart World, which is one of the system's must-own premier games.
Mario Kart World has 30 different courses to discover, offering a new open-world approach that gives the series a new look and feel. One of the new modes, Knockout Tour, is especially popular with players, as it essentially acts as a Mario Kart battle royale. While there has not been any DLC confirmed as of now, it's plausible that Nintendo will add to the game over the course of Nintendo Switch 2's life, if Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is anything to go by.
As for the microSD Express Card, this is a purchase that almost any Switch 2 owner will need to make at some point. The console only has 256GB of internal memory, and while that's a major upgrade from the 32GB on Nintendo Switch, you will quickly run out of space due to file sizes on the Switch 2. The included Samsung 256GB card will instantly double your storage, and it's a great microSD Express Card to choose, as it has the Official Nintendo Seal.

With the advent of gaming PC handhelds, your entire library of PC games is at your fingertips. Now you can play Steam games like Clair Obscur, Hades, Silksong, or Ball x Pit on a device that's not much bigger than a Switch console. For Cyber Monday, select SteamOS gaming handhelds - including the Steam Deck - are on sale. One is even priced a bit lower than on Black Friday. SteamOS is more intuitive to use on a handheld than Windows and I would recommend it for anyone who wants an easy, hassle-free experience that plays most games with minimal tinkering and little technical know-how.
New lower Cyber Monday price at Lenovo!
Save up to $270 off the higher-end Legion Go S model. Lenovo has it slightly cheaper than Best Buy thanks to two stackable coupon codes "BOPIS" and "LENOVOHOLIDEAL". Even if you buy it from Lenovo, you still have the option to choose in-store pickup at your local Best Buy retail store.
This particular Lenovo Legion Go S is equipped with the more powerful AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme processor, 32GB of RAM, 512GB storage capacity, and it runs off SteamOS instead of Windows. The Z1 Extreme is much more powerful than the APU found in the Steam Deck and as such, it will outperform the Steam Deck in pretty much any situation. Graphics also look sharper with more fluid movement, thanks to a bigger 8" 1200p display with a higher 120Hz refresh rate. The Legion Go S also supports a much higher maximum charging rate (up to 100W vs 40W for the Steam Deck). This deal prices the Legion Go S on par with the highest end Steam Deck, but it's superior in almost every way.
Check out Jacqueline's 9/10 review of the Legion Go S (Z1 Extreme, SteamOS model), in which she concludes that it is one of the "best handheld gaming PCs on the market, and a legitimate Steam Deck alternative."
Also on sale is the Legion Go S Z2 Go Edition, which is currently $449.99 after a $200 discount. Despite the fact that the AMD Ryzen Z2 Go is a 2nd gen chip, it's actually less powerful than the Z1 Extreme. Fortunately, it's still more powerful than the Steam Deck's APU and you should expect slightly better performance out of it, especially if you knock the resolution down to 1280x800. Since a Steam Deck with equivalent specs will still cost you $549, this is a much better value: you get more features and pay less money.
For Cyber Monday, Steam has discounted its base model with a 7" 1280x800 LCD display and 256GB of storage to $319.99, a 20% discount from its $400 list price. If you're pinching pennies, you won't find a less expensive gaming handheld PC. Every Steam Deck is equipped with the same processor, so the base model will still run games just as smoothly as the highest end $650 system. You can also upgrade the storage yourself with some technical know-how.

If you're looking to transition from a gaming desktop to something more portable, now is the time to do so. Modern day gaming laptops today are truly "gaming-worthy", with the most powerful models able to play the latest games at super high resolutions and with ray tracing enabled, a notion that was unheard of just a few years ago. Prices have risen over the years, but all it takes is Cyber Monday to negate that trend.
The HP Cyber Monday Sale has officially commenced and gamers looking for a laptop upgrade will find plenty of deals right up their alley. OMEN Transcend and OMEN MAX gaming laptops are all on sale right now with discounts of up to $1,500 off. Score an affordable yet capable RTX 5060 laptop for under $1,000 or splurge on an RTX 5080 powerhouse that will still keep you under $2,000. Every deal I've chosen for this list offers a lot of value for your money.
Lower than Black Friday
HP just dropped the price of the OMEN MAX 16 RTX 5070 Ti Gaming Laptop to just $1,299.99 after an extra $50 off coupon code "STUFFING50". Specs include a 16" 1920x1200 display, your choice of Intel Core Ultra 7 255HX or AMD Ryzen AI 7 H350 processor, 16GB of RAM, and a 512GB SSD. This system can be customized if any of the specs aren't to your liking. I'd recommend upgrading to the 2560x1600 OLED display for an extra $150. The RTX 5070 Ti is a powerful mobile GPU that should easily handle even the latest demanding games on the laptop's 2K display. It's better than the RTX 4080 especially with DLSS 4.
Lower than Black Friday
If you want something even more powerful, then check out these OMEN MAX 16 RTX 5080 gaming laptops for as low as $1,699.99 with free shipping after up to $1,500 in instant discounts and $100 off code "GOBBLE100". Aside from the GPU, this laptop has been upgraded with a higher resolution 16" 2560x1600 display, a more powerful and higher core-count Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX or AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX375 processor, and double the RAM (the Intel model also gets double the storage). The RTX 5080 is an absolute monster of a mobile GPU that surpasses the previous generation's top performer, the RTX 4090. You could even enable ray tracing!
Lower than Black Friday
If your budget limits you to under $1,000, don't fret because you can still get yourself a powerful gaming laptop with excellent build quality. This OMEN MAX 16 configuration cost just $974.99 after an $800 instant discount and $25 off code "GRAVY25". It features a 16" 1920x1200 165Hz IPS display, AMD Ryzen AI 7 H350 processor, GeForce RTX 5060 graphics card, 16GB of RAM, and a 512GB SSD. The RTX 5060 is about 15%-20% more powerful than the RTX 4060 that it replaces and approaches the performance of the RTX 4070, especially with DLSS 4 enabled.
The OMEN Transcend 14 is HP's thinnest and lightest gaming laptop, measuring just 0.71" thin and weighing in at about 3.6 pounds (about as thin and light as the much pricier Razer Blade 14). Right now you can get it for as low as $1,249.99 for Black Friday after a $750 off instant discount. It's equipped with a gorgeous 14" 2880x1800 OLED display, efficient Intel Core Ultra 7 255H CPU, GeForce RTX 5060 GPU, 16GB of LPDDR5X onboard RAM and a 1TB NVMe SSD. Note that the RTX 5060 GPU is slightly throttled (lower TGP rating) to prevent overheating in such a slim enclosure.

Many of the best Black Friday sales are continuing through the weekend into Cyber Monday, with numerous gaming monitors seeing deep discounts. If you’ve already scored a killer PC deal, why not equip it with an exceptional gaming monitor that lets you make the most of all its capabilities? Some displays are more than half off during the sales period, offering up to $1,200 in savings. Alienware even has a Black Friday sale, which is bringing deep discounts to a whole slew of its gaming monitors.
Whether you’re looking for a budget gaming monitor for a modest PC setup or want the best 4K gaming monitor to complete an epic battle station, there are plenty of sale options right now. Below, I’ve highlighted some of the top gaming monitor deals available. It’s the best time of year to buy a gaming monitor, but most of these sales will end on Cyber Monday, so grab these deals while you still can.
The Odyssey Neo G9 is on sale for Black Friday. It normally comes with an eye-watering $2,500 price tag, but you can get it for just $1,279.99 when using the code CYBERWEEK20. This deal is from eBay via BuyDig — an authorized Samsung dealer.
Now, this massive 57-inch display features a dual 4K UHD monitor with a 7680 x 2160 resolution and 1000R curvature, providing an impressively sharp picture considering the size and offering ample immersion. Rather than OLED technology, this monitor employs a mini LED backlight, which allows it to excel in contrast, brightness, and HDR. Of course, it also has gaming chops with a 1ms response time, 240Hz refresh rate, and FreeSync Premium Pro support.
If you’re after a modestly priced gaming monitor, look no further than the Odyssey G50D QHD. With this 32-inch display, you get FreeSync support, a 180Hz refresh rate in 1440p, and 1ms response time for ultra-smooth motion in games. The IPS panel can’t compete with OLED in terms of contrast and HDR, but it still delivers stunning colors, good viewing angles, and an awesome overall picture quality. The Samsung Odyssey G50D is a great budget gaming monitor, and you can get an even better deal right now, as over 40% has been knocked off its price tag.
This gaming monitor is one of the best you can buy, and with $400 off right now, the Alienware AW3423DWF is on sale for just $500. That’s a wildly low price for a QD-OLED panel. In IGN expert Chris Coke’s review of the Alienware AW3423DWF, he even gave the QHD monitor a 9/10, noting its spectacular picture with near-infinite contrast, deep blacks, and incredible brightness that allows it to excel in SDR and HDR. The 0.1 ms response time, 165 Hz refresh rate, and FreeSync Premium Pro support mean butter-smooth action, while the ultrawide display ensures deep immersion on this gaming-first monitor.
Enjoy an additional 20% off this already discounted ultrawide gaming monitor when you use the code CYBERWEEK20. The LG UltraGear 34GX900 features an 800R-curved, ultrawide display, putting you in the center of all the game’s action. The OLED panel delivers impressive contrast and lovely, deep blacks, so even darker scenes pop. And with top-tier HDR performance, supported games really have a punch. When it comes to motion clarity and tear-free gaming, the LG UltraGear 34GX900 also delivers, thanks to excellent VRR support, 0.03 ms response times, and 1440p/240Hz refresh rate.
With a 240Hz refresh rate, stunning 4K resolution, and a QD-OLED panel, the Asus ROG Swift PG32UCDM has a whole lot going for it. HDR performance is exceptional for a truly cinematic gaming experience in supported games. There’s also a KVM switch, heatsink, and a USB hub. The full-bandwidth HDMI 2.1 port really puts it over the edge. Therefore, it’s an excellent monitor for PS5 or Xbox Series X/S, in addition to being a superior monitor for a PC setup. It’s no wonder Chris Coke gave such high praise in the review of the Asus ROG Swift PG32UCDM. And while we love this monitor at full price, with $400 slashed off the price tag for the holiday sales makes it even more appealing.
For a monitor that excels in competitive, fast-paced gaming, look no further than the LG Ultragear 27GX700. With a refresh rate of up to 280Hz, almost instant response time, low input lag, and superb VRR, this monitor delivers impressive motion performance that can be extremely beneficial in FPS. That’s combined with the 27-inch, 1440p OLED display, which shows the perfect amount of detail, inky blacks, decent brightness, and an awesome matte screen for less glare. If all of this sounds appealing, now's the time to grab this monitor, as it’s 35% off for Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
To keep things budget-friendly, grab the Alienware AW3425DWM. It’s just $269 for Cyber Monday. Although it doesn’t deliver the specs of the Alienware AW3423DWF, the monitor still offers a nice curved, ultrawide display with great contrast and a surprisingly vibrant picture for a VA panel. Just don’t expect it to have an impressive HDR performance or top-notch accuracy, which is often associated with OLED panels. When gaming on this monitor, you’ll find it pleasantly responsive, thanks to a 180Hz refresh rate and low input lag. While it’s not exceptional, it's a superior value for the price in terms of performance.
After you’ve secured a gaming monitor deal, why not complete your PC setup? We’ve found awesome deals on gaming keyboards, and tons of gaming mice are discounted for Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Below, I’ve highlighted a few of the best sales worth checking out.

PlayStation's big Black Friday sale is still live ahead of Cyber Monday. If you've been hoping to grab some deals on PS5 games, hardware, or accessories, there's still plenty to look through—though many of the PS5 bundles are now out of stock. The company is even offering a $20 discount on the PlayStation Portal right now as part of its sale, which is a nice little treat for those who have had it on their wish list or have been looking to pick it up as a gift for someone else over the holidays.
This deal is available across a wide variety of retailers as well, from Amazon to Walmart to Best Buy to Target and, of course, at PlayStation Direct. No matter if you've had your eyes on the sleek Midnight Black model or the classic White version, now's a great time to make a move on it.
If you're a bit on the fence about buying the PlayStation Portal, it's worth noting that we're big fans of it. Our 8/10 review from IGN's Seth Macy said it's, "the best PlayStation 5 Remote Play solution available." We even consider it one of the best gaming accessories for your PS5, so if it's your go-to platform, this device is well worth checking out.
On top of that, Sony recently enabled Cloud Streaming for everyone on this device, which allows owners to stream games without being connected to a PS5 console. Keep in mind that you need to be a PlayStation Plus Premium member to access the PS Portal's Cloud Streaming function. The good news on that front, though, is that PlayStation Plus is also discounted as part of its Cyber Monday sale. New players can sign up right now and score 33% off 12-month memberships.
For more from PlayStation's sale, check out our full breakdown of PlayStation's 2025 Cyber Monday sale to see everything available, from games to consoles, and more.

You haven't missed the best opportunity to pick up a brand new iPad at the lowest price, at least not yet. Black Friday might have come and gone, but the deals bonanza isn't over because Cyber Monday is just underway. Every current generation Apple iPad has been lowered to the lowest prices of the year for a few days longer. Even if you don't need one yourself, these would make awesome gifts for just about anyone (kids included) for Christmas.
Cyber Monday pricing is similar to Black Friday's, and these deals are expected to last through Monday, however you shouldn't dawdle on your purchase because inventory is starting to dwindle. The longer you wait, the less likely you'll be able to pick out the color you want, and there's less chance of receiving your item in time by December 25. Without further ado, here are the best deals for each model.
Not sure which iPad to get? Read on below for a bit of detail on each deal.
We picked this model as the best overall iPad of 2025. For most people, the iPad (not the Air, Mini, or Pro) is the best model to get, and not just because it's the least expensive iPad on the block. Despite its affordable price point, it offers all the benefits of the iOS operating system with premium build quality and snappy performance. The 11th generation model is equipped with an 11" 264ppi Liquid Retina display, A16 Bionic chip, and starts at 128GB of internal storage. This model doesn't support Apple Intelligence, so you'll need to move up the ladder if you want Apple's new AI tech.
The iPad Mini may be diminutive in size, but certainly not in performance. The A17 Pro chip is actually more powerful than the A16 Bionic found in the standard iPad. And despite the fact that the 8.3" screen is smaller, it's a higher quality display with a sharper 326ppi pixel density and both P3 Wide Color and True Tone technology. Also, unlike the standard iPad, the iPad Mini supports Apple Intelligence.
The 7th generation Apple iPad Air M3 tablet offers performance closer to the iPad Pro but without the hefty price tag. For Cyber Monday, the 11" model is down to $449 and the 13" model is down to $649, both after a $150 off instant discount. The 7th gen iPad Pro Air was released in March and features an 11" or 13" 264ppi Liquid Retina display with P3 Wide Color and True Tone technology, an Apple M3 chip, and starts at 128GB of storage. This model also supports Apple Intelligence.
The new iPad Pro is the best tablet on the market, iOS or otherwise, thanks to the new M5 processor, which is both powerful and power-efficient. However, the processor isn't the only reason why the iPad Pro is superior to all other iPads. It's also the only tablet, Apple or otherwise, equipped with a tandem OLED display. Tandem OLED is better than traditional OLED (which is already best-in-class) for two reasons: 1) it's far brighter, and 2) it's less prone to burn-in. If you're wondering why this technology hasn't found its way into TVs, the answer is simply because it's not cost-effective at larger sizes. The iPad can get away with it because the display is smaller, but that's also a reason for the premium price point.
If you're not sure which iPad is best for you, we have an iPad guide which details which iPad is ideal for which use case. FromSoftware just doesn’t miss, eh? It’s hard to believe that it’s been over three years since Elden Ring landed on consoles and PC, and it somehow lived up to all of the expectations fans had placed on it.
A game we awarded a 10 out of 10 review score to, the joy of Elden Ring’s age now is that discounts are more plentiful, and the epic action RPG is now at its lowest price of $15 in Walmart's Cyber Monday sale - and it’s not alone.
Whether you’re on PlayStation or Xbox, you can pick up the open-world fantasy epic for $19.99 - a 60% drop from the MSRP.
Given that it’s IGN’s Game of the Year 2022, it’s a must-play, especially for under twenty bucks.
“Elden Ring is a massive iteration on what FromSoftware began with the Souls series, bringing its relentlessly challenging combat to an incredible open world that gives us the freedom to choose our own path,” Mitchell Saltzman said in his review, and we stand by it.
It’s worth noting that this version doesn’t include the huge expansion Shadow of the Erdtree, which is large enough to be its own game - and even more challenging. We awarded it a 10 out of 10 score in our review, too. Unfortunately, the Shadow of the Erdtree version of Elden Ring is no longer discounted anywhere..
If you’re looking for something to play with friends, then Nightreign is well worth checking out. It condenses Elden Ring’s combat into a three-player hybrid between roguelite and battle royale as you’re pushed ever closer to challenging bosses.
It’s getting a 36% discount, bringing it down to just $34.99 on PS5 and Xbox.
Mitchell gave Nightreign a 7 out of 10 in his review, saying, “When Elden Ring Nightreign is played exactly as it was designed to be played, it’s one of the finest examples of a three-player co-op game around – but that's harder to do than it should be, and playing solo is poorly balanced.”
Subsequent patches have smoothed out those jagged edges, but it’s still best played with a couple of buds.

If you're in the market for a new gaming PC or laptop, Alienware should top your wishlist. The brand has been around for ages and has always been considered a premium option that features bold aesthetics, powerful performance, reliable warranty. Alienware holds a few big sales throughout the year where it offers huge discounts on gaming laptops and PCS that normally cost a premium, and Cyber Monday is one of those sales.
If you missed Black Friday, there's no reason to fret. Dell's Cyber Monday Sale kicks off today and some prices are actually lower that what I saw on Friday. This is the best opportunity to stretch your dollar and get the most powerful Alienware gaming PC or laptop your budget allows. Play the latest games like Battlefield 6 or Ghost of Yotei in glorious 4k with buttery smooth framerates, but also future-proof your PC for the next generation of games. If you're looking for even deeper discounts, check out some incredible price drops on refurbished "Like New" computers at Dell Outlet.
The Aurora R16 is Alienware's bread and butter gaming PC. It can be equipped with an Nvidia RTX 5060 graphics card all the way up to an RTX 5080 and the prices for Cyber Monday are extremely competitive with other brands. For example, currently Alienware has the least expensive prebuilt RTX 5080 gaming PC that I've found anywhere. Most of these systems are customizable, however it's not difficult to upgrade your own RAM and storage yourself.
If you're seeking the absolute best of the best in PC gaming performance, look no further. Dell unveiled the new Alienware Area-51 gaming PC at CES 2025. The chassis is a super-sized upgrade to the Aurora R16 system with aesthetic and cooling redesigns. The internal components have been refreshed with a new motherboard, faster RAM, and bigger power supply to accommodate the new generation of CPUs and GPUs. With a high-end system like this, it's only fitting that it be equipped with an RTX 5080 or RTX 5090 graphics card, so these are the configurations I've listed here. Note that Dell Outlet refurbished PCs come with the same warranty as buying new.
Alienware's new mainstream gaming laptop for 2025 is dubbed the "Alienware Aurora" and it replaces the previous generation's x16 and m16 series of laptops. It comes in two models: the 16 and 16X. The 16 is the more economical model, but gamers should definitely opt for the higher-end 16X model. If you're looking for build quality and performance on par with the previous generation m16, then the 16X is its spiritual successor. It features an anodized aluminum lid and base, a higher quality display, a more powerful CPU, and a GPU that isn't throttled for maximum gaming performance.
The Area-51 is Alienware's new flagship gaming laptop for 2025. It features an anodized aluminum shell for both the lid and bottom chassis with a gorgeous iridescent finish. The frame is made of a durable and lightweight magnesium alloy. Cooling has been upgraded with generous amounts of copper and a new thermal interface material to better transfer heat away from your hottest components as well as more fans and bigger cutouts for greater airflow. Dell claims that the laptop can handle a higher power ceiling of up to 240W TDP without raising acoustics.
Design-wise, the Area 51 has a sleeker, more contoured shape compared to previous models, with rounded edges and soft corners replacing the traditional squared off design. The hinges are internally positioned so that they're near invisible. There's a transparent window on the undercarriage to show off the internal components. As befits an Alienware laptop, there's plenty of RGB illunimation, although most of it can be turned off if you want your laptop to be a bit more subtle.
Dell makes some of the highest quality gaming monitors around. They're easily on par with the best that other brands like Samsung, LG, and Asus have to offer. For Cyber Monday, they're also incredibly well-priced. For example, the venerable 34" Alienware AW3423DWF Qfor $499.99 is the lower price I've ever seen for a 34" OLED monitor. By the way, if you do opt for a Dell or Alienware OLED monitor, you also get a 3 year warranty that includes OLED burn-in protection.

It's time to draw the curtains, as the Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door deal from Black Friday has gone out of stock pretty much everywhere! If you missed your chance to grab this deal, Walmart might still have some copies in stock at your local store, but pickings are slim This turn-based Mario adventure is a must-own for any Nintendo Switch player, and this discount was the best price we've ever seen on it.
Paper-Mario: The Thousand-Year Door is one of the most beloved Mario games of all time. The Nintendo Switch remake introduced several new features and quality-of-life updates, including the Partner Ring, which lets you quickly flip between partners, and new badges to unlock. Additionally, you can explore concept art and listen to the soundtrack in the Art and Sound Galleries, which can be filled out by obtaining Star Pieces. Beyond this, much work was put into the visual department, with updated sprites, enhanced graphics, and new lighting added to create a more premium experience.
Of course, the star of the show is the turn-based combat that Paper Mario is known for. Battles take place on a stage with toads in the audience, who actually can help change the course of battle by refilling the SP gauge. Each turn, you'll have the chance to choose your attack, whether that be a jump, hammer, or special move. The Thousand-Year Door is a game of strategy, which is a huge shake-up to the traditional Mario formula found in the 3D platformers.

With the new screenshots for the Zelda movie released, many new Zelda fans are looking to explore the series for the first time. The best time of the year to score Zelda games on sale is here with Cyber Monday, and the latest 2D entry, The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, is still available for 50% off at Walmart following the end of Black Friday deals. Grab the trusty Tri Rod and begin an exciting adventure across Hyrule today!
The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom is one of the most unique games in the franchise for many reasons, but none are more obvious than this being the first game with Zelda as the protagonist. Instead of playing as Link, you play as Princess Zelda, who must save Hyrule on her own. As a result of this design, the game plays vastly differently from any other in the series.
The star of the gameplay is Zelda's Tri Rod, allowing you to create Echoes of almost anything. This can mean copying a bed and placing a dozen to form a staircase, or even spawning enemies to attack for you. You can get very creative with how you solve each puzzle, as most of the time, there is never just one solution. Creativity is key, and it's up to you to determine how to approach new challenges.
If you're a fan of Zelda games and have yet to check out Echoes of Wisdom, right now is the perfect time to do so before even Walmart raises this price. This is especially true for Nintendo Switch 2 owners who skipped out on Switch, as there is an update for enhanced performance that supports 4K resolution and 60 frames per second.
For more Black Friday deals still live ahead of Cyber Monday, be sure to check out all the Nintendo deals still live to save on even more Nintendo Switch games. If you're looking for deals outside of games, the Amazon Cyber Monday sale is a great place to start.

Amazon has been dropping new book deals since Black Friday, and one of the most popular discounts available has been on The Witcher books. Andrzej Spkowski's Witcher series is the basis for the entire phenomenon. The popularity of the series may have been elevated by The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and the Netflix series, but its the original story that has inspired the dark fantasy world we've come to love.
The latest Cyber Monday deal on this box set drops the price down to just $33.79 for the whole paperback set. This is a lower price than what we saw last week when the buy 2, get 1 free sale was still live, so it's worth picking up as an individual set before the deals end tomorrow.
This convenient collection comes with a box to store all five books on your shelf. The spines all sport the same red binding, making them pop on your shelf. The main novels follow Geralt of Rivia, the titular Witcher, and his decades-long quest to protect Ciri, the child prophesized to have the power to alter the world. Here's what you'll get in this collection:
Not included here are the two short story precursors to Blood of Elves, The Last Wish and Sword of Destiny. These detail how many of our characters meet and give much deeper history and backstory for a better understanding of this world. The other two prequel novels, Season of Storms and Crossroads of Ravens, are required reading for anyone looking to experience the entirety of the saga. All four books are discounted on Amazon right now as well, so you can pick them up separately if you want to coplete the collection. All but Crossroads of Ravens feature the same style of cover and spine art, so they'll look really nice with on your shelf with the rest of the series. You can check out the full reading order of The Witcher books to see what you're missing or see our larger list of book box sets on sale today.
