Gov. Hochul was grilled over New York's sanctuary policies during a congressional hearing -- as she seemed stump when pressed on the names of migrants accused in high-profile crimes.

The so-called NY4All Act would stop all police and New York state employees from working with immigration authorities.

“This is about personal autonomy, this is about liberty, this is about exercising one's own freedom to control one's body,” Sen Brad Hoylman-Sigal, the bill's sponsor, said.
