Rammy Lopez, 32, of Brooklyn, allegedly whacked a 7-year-old boy as he walked with his 3-year-old sister and babysitter on a day off from school, around 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, according to his mom, who declined to give her name.
The attacker – described as an “emotionally disturbed person” – struck the toddler girl and school-aged boy in the face around 12:30 p.m. at West 21st Street and 10th Avenue in Hudson Yards, according to authorities and sources.
Demitri Marshall, 32 – who has seven prior arrests – was picked up by cops several hours after cops say he cut the 27-year-old man across his face without warning on Canal Street near Essex Street, just outside the East Broadway train station.
