Tomas Kaan Jimenez-Guzel , 19, who lived at his parents' million-dollar home in the wealthy New Jersey city, was arrested at Newark Airport Wednesday as he waited to board a flight to Turkey.

The 61-year-old former power forward — who filed a defamation lawsuit against MSG and its CEO James Dolan, is accused of sending the company’s expensive attorneys on a wallet-busting wild goose chase. 

A jury is set to hear closing arguments in the $40 million civil negligence case brought by former first grade teacher Abigail Zwerner, who was shot by a 6-year-old student.
