Samsung's newest SSD - the Samsung 990 Evo Plus PCIe 4.0 M.2 NVMe solid state drive - is on sale today. Pick up the 2TB model for $129.99 or, if you can swing it, the 4TB model is an even better deal at $249.99. It's currently $40-$70 cheaper than the Samsung 990 Pro and most (if not all) gamers won't notice the difference in performance.
Samsung 990 Evo Plus 2TB PS5 SSD for $129.99
4TB for $259.99
The Samsung 990 Evo Plus is an excellent drive for both your gaming PC and your PlayStation 5 console. It exceeds Sony's minimim speed recommendation for the PS5, boasting sequential speeds of up to 7,250 read and 6,300MB/s write. This is a much faster drive than the 990 Evo non-Pro but not quite as fast as the 990 Pro. The main difference between this drive and the more expensive 990 Pro is that this is a DRAM-less drive. For PS5 performance, it makes no difference. For gaming PCs, the 990 Evo Plus supports HMB (host memory buffer), which makes up for the lack of DRAM by using an inconsequential amount of RAM from your system memory. Gamers will not notice any difference between the two.
The Samsung 990 Evo Plus does not have a preinstalled heatsink. However, the 990 Evo Plus SSD is a newer single-sided SSD design that is power efficient and doesn't generate as much heat as SSDs from before. That means you probably don't need to use a heatsink and it should still work perfectly fine in a PS5 console without any thermal throttling. That said, you certainly could for peace of mind and I wouldn't see any disadvantage to that aside from spending an extra $7.

Last year the 9th generation iPad was the least expensive iPad you could get brand new and with warranty. It was regularly priced at $179, but it went out of stock pretty much everywhere starting from Black Friday. Fortunately, it's back for one final harrah; right now, Walmart has it available for delivery for only $179 shipped. Seriously though, this deal probably won't last much longer so don't hesitate.
2021 9th Gen Apple iPad 10.2" 64GB for $179
For most people, the iPad (not the Air, Mini, or Pro) is the best model to get. Despite its very low price tag, the 9th gen Apple iPad is a fully featured and capable tablet. The 10.2" Retina display is bright and crisp, and the Apple A13 Bionic chip offers good CPU and GPU performance. The iPad is also equipped with both a front-facing camera for voice chat and rear camera for taking photos and videos. This is a great option for school, work, or simply relaxing with your favorite movie.

For most PC gamers, buying a prebuilt gaming rig is far more attractive than it used to be. Years ago it was inarguably cheaper to build your own gaming PC than to buy a boutique gaming rig. That's not the case anymore. It's not uncommon for major brands like Alienware, HP, and Lenovo to offer quality pre-built PCs for cheaper than the cost of building your own PC with the exact same specs.
We've compiled a list of the best current gaming PC deals, both from the manufacturers themselves like Dell (Alienware), HP, and Lenovo, as well as from reliable 3rd party retailers like Amazon, Best Buy, and Walmart. This includes an incredible deal on a Dell Tower Plus RTX 4090 Gaming PC for $2849.99. These PCs are significantly discounted from their normal retail price and are going to be less expensive than comparable models from other brands.

More Dell and Alienware Gaming PC Deals
If you're in the market for a prebuilt gaming PC, Dell is one of the brands we'd recommend. Alienware gaming desktops offer a staggering array of options, all built into a custom chassis that's both easy on the eyes and easy on the wallet. Consistent build quality, available inventory, frequent sales, and solid customer service are the main reasons why Dell is at the top of our buying list.

More HP Gaming PC Deals
Of the big three OEM PC manufacturers, HP usually offers the lowest price on equivalently configured items. HP carries several different models of gaming PCs depending on how much power you need. At the upper end of the scale, the HP OMEN 45L offers a massive tower chassis with space for up to a 360mm all-in-one liquid cooler as well as a total of four additional 120mm case fans for ventilation. This is also the only model that can be configured with the latest RTX 40 series GPUs. On the other end of the scale, the HP Victus, Envy, and OMEN 25L gaming PCs feature understated aesthetics and a bargain price point. These PCs can still be configured into formidable gaming rigs.
HP Omen 45L RTX 4080 SUPER Gaming PC for $2,499.99
HP OMEN 35L AMD Radeon RX 7600 Gaming PC for $999.99
HP Victus 15L RTX 4060 Gaming Desktop for $899.99
More Lenovo Gaming PC Deals
Lenovo Legion gaming PCs may be the priciest of the big three OEM manufacturers, but they are also generally the highest praised among gamers and reviewers alike. The Legion gaming PCs are highly rated for their build quality. People like the fact that Lenovo does not use proprietary components in their rigs, so they're much easier to upgrade with easily obtainable, off-the-shelf components compared to some other popular prebuilt PC brands. Lenovo gaming rigs generally also utilize solid cooling, especially for the CPU, even if you opt for the base models.

Things to Consider When Buying a Gaming PC
Which video card is enough for me?
As a general rule of thumb, you want to size your gaming rig based on (1) the resolution, not size, of your monitor and (2) the games you play. A 4K monitor has 2.25 times more pixels than a QHD (2560x1440) monitor and 4 times more pixels than a 1080p (1920x1080) monitor. Simply put, the more pixels on your monitor, the more power your GPU needs. Some games are also more performance intensive than other games, but that's often scalable by tweaking your settings. This is a rough recommendation:
1080p - RTX 3060 to RTX 3060 Ti (RX 6600 XT to RX 6700 XT)
QHD - RTX 3060 Ti to RTX 3080 (RX 6700 XT to RX 6900 XT)
4K - RTX 3080 to RTX 4090 (RX 6900 XT)

Console vs Gaming PC?
Consoles may have come a long way in terms of graphical improvements, but gaming PCs still remain uncontested when it comes to absolute technical performance. A PS5 or Xbox Series X might be the most powerful consoles ever created, but they seem antiquated compared to the likes of a PC equipped with GeForce RTX 4080 or 4090 video card. Unlike consoles, gaming PCs are also infinitely backwards compatible, and the thousands upon thousands of games available at your disposal via Steam, Xbox Live, Origin, Battle.net, and more puts any console library to shame. Even better, most games that are released for the current gen consoles are often also available for the PC as well, often with even more extensive customization and graphics options.
Gaming PC vs Gaming Laptop?
Gaming laptops have become more and more popular in recent years, but they certainly don't make gaming PCs obsolete. First and foremost, a gaming laptop simply isn't as powerful as an equivalently priced gaming PC. Gaming laptops require more delicate (and thus more expensive) engineering; because the laptop is such a compact form factor, and gaming components generally draw a lot of power and heat, compromises need to be made. The most powerful gaming laptops are about as powerful as a mid-range gaming PC. The highest end gaming PCs use video cards that are larger and heavier than your average laptop and can draw up to 600W of power all by itself. If you're on the fence between getting one or the other, you will have to weigh your priorities. If you want to know more, check out our in-depth article on the gaming laptop vs gaming desktop dilemma. If you decided to hold off on Nvidia's Blackwell GPUs to see if AMD's new offerings were up to snuff, then you made the right choice. The AMD Radeon RX 9070 and RX 9070 XT graphics cards are the new mid-range champions of this generation. Both cards offer phenomenal performance while undercutting their Nvidia competition in price. They go up for sale on March 6 starting at 6am PST. The Radeon RX 9070 starts at $550 and the 9070 XT starts at $600. Let's just hope that - unlike Nvidia - AMD has its supply under control.
The jury's out as to whether or not inventory will hold, but given how well positioned these GPUs are in the stack, I wouldn't be surprised if they ended up selling out quickly. I've listed below the best places to pick up one of these cards. The current trend is that if you're set on purchasing a GPU at launch, you don't have the luxury of choosing your brand or model. If you see any in stock at a price you're happy with, buy now and think later.
TLDR; This article assumes, not guarantees, there are actual graphics cards to purchase. You may stumble on this page and find out that every model at every retailer is sold out.
One of the main reasons why these new AMD cards are sure to be popular is the price to performance ratio. The AMD Radeon RX 9070 costs the same as the Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 yet offers superior performance and more VRAM for the same price. Even more impressively, the Radeon RX 9070 XT trades blows with the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti and costs $150 less. We'll see if these suggested retail prices hold, but if they do, the winner is a no-brainer.
AMD Radeon RX 9070 - $550
AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT - $600
Where should I preorder these new AMD GPUs?
The retailers below are your best chances to score one of the new AMD GPUs. Four of the retailers (Best Buy, Newegg, Amazon, and B&H Photo) will have listings online. One retailer (Micro Center) will only carry them in-store. There's no way to tell exactly how many units are available at each retailer, however a Wccftech article claims that "AMD and AIBs are reportedly shipping more Radeon RX 9070 XTs than all Nvidia's RTX 50 series GPUs combined."
If you want to maximize your chance of picking up one of the new AMD cards on launch day, your best bet is to check each and every retailer and buy the first card that lets you proceed all the way through checkout. Just remember that potentially thousands of other people will be clicking on the same link as you.
Amazon
Amazon is the one-stop shop for just about everything, including AMD GPUs. Unfortunately, manually looking for one of these GPUs on Amazon's site is quite difficult. Amazon doesn't have a general page that lists all of the available video cards, and the search results are riddled with postings from marketplace vendors charging outrageous prices or, even worse, trying to swindle unsuspecting shoppers. To make things easier, I'll add specific GPU models when I see them available, but as a rule of thumb, make sure that the vendor you're buying from is "shipped and sold by Amazon".
Best Buy
Based on past GPU launches, I suspect that one of your best chances of purchasing the new AMD graphics cards online will be at Best Buy. This retailer should carry every brand that will be available at launch, including Sapphire, XFX, Asus, Asrock, Gigabyte, and Powercolor.
Best Buy's available inventory depends on your region; if you're fortunate enough to live in an area where graphics cards in general might not be in high demand, you'll have a much better chance of scoring a GPU here than anywhere else. Also important to note is that Best Buy GPU orders generally ship out quickly since they're either listed as in stock or out of stock (no "backorders" here). That means you'll likely receive your card in hand within a week.
Newegg
You'll also definitely want to prioritize Newegg. Like Best Buy, Newegg is expected to carry every make and model of the Radeon RX 9070 and 9070 XT graphics cards. Newegg is an authorized reseller, so as long as you are buying from Newegg direct and not a marketplace vendor, you'll be eligible for the full manufacturer's warranty. Similar to Best Buy, orders usually ship out within the week, unless the product is backordered or out of stock.
Even if the standalone cards are sold out, Newegg may sell these AMD GPUs as part of a bundle kit that includes any combination of a motherboard, CPU, RAM, or power supply. If you're working on a DIY computer build and haven't purchased all of your components, this might work to your advantage. These bundle offers do eventually sell out, but at a slower rate than the standalone cards.
Micro Center (In-Store)
Without a doubt, Micro Center will be your best chance at getting an AMD GPU on launch day if you happen to live close by to a local store. Micro Center will most assuredly reserve all their GPU sales for in-store customers. Even if you are local, though, you should still get there as early as possible (ideally when the store opens).
We reviewed both AMD graphics cards
We rated the AMD Radeon RX 9070 an 8/10. It costs the same as the new Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 but it performs better in the majority of games we tested and also includes more VRAM (16GB vs 12GB), which should supposedly make it more futureproof. From our tests, it draws about the same amount of power as the RTX 5070.
We rated the AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT a "perfect" 10/10. Even though it costs $150 less than the Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 Ti, the 9070 XT beats it out in several of the games we tested. In a few benchmarks, the results aren't even close. The 9070 XT also has 16GB of VRAM, the same as the 9070 and 5070 Ti. On the flip side, it does draw more power and get hotter on average compared to the RTX 5070 Ti.

Right now, Amazon has one 9070 XT GPU in stock, and it's shipped and sold by Amazon instead of a marketplace vendor, so it's legit. Note that Powercolor is charging a $100 premium over the $599 MSRP.

Manscaped is a well known boutique retailer of men's haircare products, with a great name to boot. Its shavers boast great build quality, features, and performance, but they're also pretty pricey. Fortunately, if you buy from Manscaped directly, there's a 15% off coupon you can get when you sign up for the email newsletter. Manscaped is also offering free shipping on all orders, with no minimum threshold. Alternatively, Amazon is offering a 10% off discount on the entire brand.
The Chairman Plus at Manscaped
Manscaped's Chairman is its bread-and-butter electric foil shaver and it comes in two variants. The Chairman "Plus" is the more affordable model, coming in at $99.99 (or $85 on sale). It features three easy-glide stainless steel FlexAdjust foils that do a great job of following the contours of your face while keeping friction at a minimum. A precision trimmer attachment keeps your stache and beard lines neat and trim. It's IPX7 waterproof rated so you can use it in the shower, and the magnetically attached head pops up cleanly for easy cleaning. The Chairman Plus can last up to 60 minutes from a single charge and a USB Type-C port means you won't fret over losing a proprietary cable.
The Chairman Pro at Manscaped
The Chairman "Pro" retails for $159.99, but it ups the ante with four stainless steel foils, a stubble trimmer attachment, an integrated LED spotlight for better visibility, and a longer 75 minutes of runtime. Like the Chairman Plus, wired charging is accomplished over USB Type-C, however the Chairman Pro also has the option for wireless charging.
The Beard Hedger by Manscaped
If you've got a seriously thick beard where a stubble trimmer just won't do, then check out The Beard Hedger. This shaver is designed for the double duty of shearing unkempt beards that have grown out for longer than you might have wanted to, and for finishing work. Features include a 41mm titanium coated blade, 7,200RPM DC motor, a zoom wheel with adjustments for up to 20 different length settings, IPX7 waterproof rating, and a 60-minute battery runtime.
The Handyman by Manscaped
The Handyman is a perfect take-along shaver. If you're traveling by plane, most electric shavers are TSA approved and can be brought along in carry-on luggage, but the Handyman makes it easier with its compact size. It has two blade heads: a leveler that takes care of long hair and a foil that shaves down the remaining stubble. The lithium-ion battery features a 60-minute runtime with a 5-minute quick charge option over USB Type-C. A handly little cover is included to protect the blades when not in use. Like Manscaped's other shavers, the Handyman is IPX7 waterproof rated.
The Dome Shaver at Manscaped
The Dome Shaver is Manscaped's answer to effortlessly maintaining a clean shaven head. The "Plus" model features four double-tack FlexAdjust blade heads with ultra-thin stainless steel foils and a powerful 8,000RPM motor. The stubby ergonomic design makes it easy for self-use, and it is IPX7 rated waterproof so you can use it in the shower. A single charge will give you 60 minutes of runtime with USB Type-C charging. The premium "Pro" model is upgraded with five FlexAdjust blade heads, an even more powerful 9,500RPM motor, and a longer 90-minute runtime, all for only $35 more.
The Lawn Mower 5.0 Ultra by Manscaped
Let's face it. Your face isn't the only part of your body that grows unwanted hair. Although you could technically get away with using a disposable razer, Manscaped makes it easier and less painful with the aptly named Lawn Mower. The Lawn Mower 5.0 Ultra is the newest model in the series and its secret sauce is the dual interchangeable blade head design: a trimmer blade to take down long, thick hairs, and a foil blade to finish the job.

USB Type-C has become the standard for charging and data cables alike, so it's good to have extra on hand. Here's a deal where you can get a bunch of cables for pennies on the dollar. Amazon is offering a five-pack of Lisen USB Type-C cables in varying sizes for only $7.96 after a 50% off promo code "UNWEXMFD" is applied during checkout. That averages out to about $1.59 per cable. USB Type-C cables typically go for about $5-$10 per cable at your local big box store.
5-Pack of USB Type-C Cables for $7.96
This bundle contains cables of varying sizes. They include two 3.3-feet cables, two 6.6-feet cables, and an extra long 10 foot cable. They're all rated for up to 60W of USB Power Delivery and are encased in a braided nylon sheath for extra durability and aeshetics. These cables have over 5,500 ratings on Amazon with an average 4.6-star review. Fakespot, a site that determines how many of the reviews are fake, gives this product a solid "A" rating, which is rather uncommon.
Need a power bank? Here's a good one for $9
For a limited time, Amazon is offering the popular INIU 10,000mAh USB power bank for just $8.99 after you clip the 10% off and 40% off clippable coupons on the product page. We very rarely see 10,000mAh power banks listed for under $10 so grab this one while you can. INIU power banks have solid reviews and are less expensive than equivalent Anker models.

AMD's new Radeon RX 9070 and RX 9070 XT graphics cards have been released , but just like their Nvidia counterparts, they're mostly out of stock and impossible to find at retail pricing. Don't fret, however, because you can still get these GPUs equipped in a prebuilt gaming PC for a reasonable price. The Radeon RX 9070 GPUs are the new mid-range champions of this generation. Both cards offer phenomenal performance while undercutting their Nvidia competition.
AMD Radeon RX 9070 / 9070 XT Gaming PCs on Amazon
Pricing on these Skytech gaming PCs varies wildly on Amazon, but notable highlights are the two Skytech RX 9070 gaming PCs for $1349.99 and the Skytech RX 9070 XT gaming PC for $1699.99, which are the best prices we've seen so far for these respective GPUs. The Skytech RX 9070 gaming PC for $1350 is about $150-$200 less than the best prices we're seeing right now for an RTX 5070 or RTX 4070 Super gaming PC. The Skytech RX 9070 XT gaming PC is about $200-$500 less than an RTX 5070 Ti or RTX 4070 Ti Super gaming PC right now.
AMD Radeon RX 9070 / 9070 XT Gaming PCs at Best Buy
Special mention goes to this Skytech prebuilt gaming PC. Not only is it currently the least expensive Radeon RX 9070 XT gaming PC at Best Buy so far, it's housed in the excellent Lian-Li O11 Vision ATX computer case.

If you're in the process of building out a new gaming PC and you're looking for the best gaming processor, this is it. Right now, the recently released AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D AM5 desktop processor is back in stock on Amazon and Best Buy at its retail price of $479 shipped. This is the official launch price with zero markup, and it's not bundled with anything you don't want or need. The AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D is the best gaming processor currently on the market (across both AMD and Intel) and a better choice for gamers than the more expensive Intel Core Ultra 9 285K.
Back in Stock: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D Desktop Processor
AMD's X3D series processors are optimized for gaming. In that respect, they bench better than even the most expensive of AMD's standard lineup of CPUs thanks to AMD's 3D V-Cache technology. Although perfectly capable of handling multitasking, rendering, and creation, the limited number of cores means they aren't the ideal processors for those tasks. At its retail price of $479, the 9800X3D is $110 cheaper than the Intel Core Ultra 9 285K ($589) and $170 cheaper than the AMD Ryzen 9 9950X, even though it outperforms both of them in gaming. Unless you're a staunch Intel fan, or you're still on AM4 and don't want to upgrade all of your components, the 9800X3D is the obvious choice for your next gaming rig.

Amazon just dropped the price on one of the best gaming mice to the lowest we've ever seen. Right now you can pick up the Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 Wireless Gaming Mouse for $99.99 shipped. Weighing in at only 60 grams, the Superlight 2 is catered towards gamers looking for the lightest wireless mouse possible. For example, Amazon has just discounted this 27" Acer X27U OLED gaming monitor to $449.99 shipped (compared to its eye watering retail price of $1K). This monitor features a QHD resolution, 240Hz refresh rate, KVM switch, and built-in USB port with 90W of Power Delivery.

Apple Watch Series 10 for $299
Amazon is offering an Apple Watch Series 10 42mm model for only $299 and the bigger 46mm model for $329. This is even lower than the best deal during Black Friday. If you own an iPhone, the Apple Watch is indisputably the best smartwatch for you. The Apple Watch Series 10 is the newest generation mainstream model. Improvements over the Apple Watch Series 9 include a bigger OLED Retina display, a new S10 processor (that isn't faster but it's thinner, which allows the watch itself to have a slimmer profile), and a slightly larger base model size (42mm vs. 41mm).
AstroAI L7 Tire Inflator for $23.99
A tire inflator is an essential part of car's emergency kit, but you don't need to pay a premium price for a fancy one. Amazon is offering this AstroAI L7 cordless tire inflator for $23.99 after you clip a 25% off coupon code. This isn't the absolute lowest price we've seen, but it's still a great price for a cordless tire inflator that will get you out of a jam.

Here's your chance to get a top notch OLED TV from Samsung at an excellent price. Right now, Amazon and Best Buy are both offering the 65" Samsung S85D 4K OLED Smart TV for just $999.99 with free delivery. This is an excellent TV to pair up with your PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X since it has HDMI 2.1 inputs and supports 4K gaming at up to 120Hz.
65" Samsung S85D 4K OLED Smart TV for $999.99
The Samsung S85D is the most affordable TV in Samsung's 2024 OLED lineup. Unlike the higher-end S90D which uses a quantum dot OLED panel (and costs $500 more), the S85D uses a standard W-OLED panel. In terms of image quality, it's directly comparable to the LG B4 OLED TV (which costs $200 more). Since this is a true OLED panel, the S85D boasts near instantaneous response time, near infinite contrast ratio, and true blacks. It's superior to any other panel type for most use cases. For those of you who are concerned with burn-in, it's rarely an issue with OLED TVs; it's more of a concern with computer monitors where static screens (like your desktop) are more common.
The Samsung S85D also has the necessary features you'd want in a current-gen gaming TV, like HDMI 2.1 ports and a native 120Hz panel for running 4K at 120Hz on a PS5 or Xbox Series X. The S85D also supports variable refresh rate and auto low latency mode. This is an especially good complement to the Playstation 5 Pro console, since it has the power to run most games in true 4K resolution (vs upscaled 1440p in "Performance" mode) at 120Hz.
Right now this is the lowest price we can find for a brand new and fully warrantied 65" OLED TV, especially if you want to stick with a tried and true brand like Samsung. So far it looks like the new 2025 OLED TVs feature incremental upgrades, like a slightly faster processor or better anti-glare films. The panel technology is largely identical to 2024 models.

The GeForce RTX 4090 is a generation older than the new Blackwell 50 series GPUs, but this doesn't change the fact that it's still one of the most powerful cards out there, eclipsing the GeForce RTX 5080 or RTX 4080 Super or the Radeon RX 9070 XT or RX 7900 XTX. Only one GPU performs better - the RTX 5090 - and you'll need to use up a lifetime of luck to find one that isn't marked up by hundreds, even thousands of dollars.
Because the RTX 4090 has been discontinued, it's getting harder to source as well. Fortunately, Dell has two prebuilt gaming PC models that can be equipped with a 4090 GPU, and at reasonable prices. One is the Alienware Aurora R16 gaming PC, which starts at $3,299.99. The other is the Dell Tower Plus gaming PC, which starts at $2,849.99. These are currently the best prices we see for an RTX 4090 equipped laptop, and many other manufacturers - including Lenovo and HP - no longer carry RTX 4090 prebuilt gaming PCs at all.
Alienware Aurora R16 RTX 4090 Gaming PC
This Alienware Aurora R16 gaming PC is equipped with an Intel Core Ultra 7 265F CPU, GeForce RTX 4090 GPU, 16GB of DDR5-5200MHz RAM, and a 1TB NVMe SSD. The processor can also be upgraded up to an Intel Core Ultra 9 285K. If you're getting system with a focus on gaming, then the upgrade is unnecessary. Gaming at higher resolutions is almost always GPU bound, and besides, the default Intel Core Ultra 7 265F is a solid processor with a max turbo frequency of 5.3GHz and a total of 20 cores. It's cooled by a robust 240mm all-in-one liquid cooler and the entire system is powered by an 1,000W 80PLUS Platinum power supply.
Dell Tower Plus RTX 4090 Gaming PC
The other option looks more unassuming, but it's what's inside that really matters. The Dell Tower Plus gaming PC is equipped with very similar specs - an Intel Core Ultra 7 265F CPU, GeForce RTX 4090 GPU, 16GB of DDR5-5200MHz RAM, and a 1TB NVMe SSD. In this particular instance, I'd recommend upgrading the processor to the Intel Core Ultra 7 285K for $100. Not only is it a superior processor, but it automatically upgrades the CPU cooling from "standard air cooling" to "advanced air coling", which is a more robust tower heatsink fan that is rated for 125W TDP instead of 65W TDP. The entire system is powered by an 1,000W 80PLUS Platinum power supply.
How does the RTX 4090 stack up against current cards?
The RTX 4090 is the most powerful RTX 40 series GPU on the market. Compared to the new Blackwell cards, only the $2,000 MSRP RTX 5090 is superior in performance. This card will run every game comfortably at 4K resolution; you should be hitting 60+fps even with all settings turned to the max and ray tracing enabled, doubly so if DLSS is supported. The only setting that the 4090 (as well as every other GPU) struggles with is path tracing, but no one really ever turns this on except during benchmark tests or social media flexing. The RTX 5090 might be faster, but for the vast majority of people out there, it's just wasted power since the 4090 already excels at pretty much all things gaming.

Apple iPad 10.9" 10th Gen for $259.99
Amazon has just dropped the price of the 10th gen Apple iPad to $259.99 shipped. Currently you can get it in Blue or Silver for this price. This is very close to the lowest price we've ever seen; it dropped to $249 for less than 24 hours during Black Friday before it sold out. We're most likely seeing this price drop because the new 11th gen iPad was just announced and is currently up for preorder on Amazon with a March ship date.
Panasonic Eneloop Batteries on Sale at Amazon
Everyone needs batteries eventually. Rechargeables are a great solution to minimize waste and save money in the long run, and they're now cheaper than ever before. Right now, Amazon is offering a 10-pack of Panasonic Eneloop AA rechargeable batteries for $25.97. A 10-pack of Eneloop AAA batteries is even cheaper at $19.83. That averages out to about $2.60 and $1.98 per battery, respectively. Anything under $3-per-battery is considered a good deal so it's best to stock up in bulk. Panasonic Eneloops are considered by many to be one of the top tier rechargeable batteries.
60% Off Bose Smart Soundbar 550
The Bose Smart Soundbar 550 measures a relatively compact 27" long and is a great complement to any TV sized 32" and higher. It houses a total of five speakers including two upward-firing speakers for Dolby Atmos compatiblity. If your content doesn't support Atmos, Bose uses its proprietary TrueSpace technology to simulate spatial audio. Another nifty feature is Bose's A.I. Dialogue Mode, which does a great job detecting dialogue in video content and amplifying the voices.
True to its namesake, the Smart Soundbar 550 is a smart-enabled speaker with both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity. Pair with with the Bose app on your mobile device to sync and stream via Apple AirPlay 2, Spotify Connect, and more. You can also pair it with Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa for voice control.

It's stylish, boasts excellent build quality, excels as both a fitness tracker and smart watch, and complements your iPhone better than any other watch brand.
Apple Watch Series 10 From $299
The Apple Watch Series 10 is the newest generation mainstream model (the Watch Series 11 isn't expected until September of this year). Improvements over the Apple Watch Series 9 include a bigger OLED Retina display, a new S10 processor (that isn't faster but it's thinner, which allows the watch itself to have a slimmer profile), a slightly larger base model size (42mm vs. 41mm), and some admittedly trivial features like a water depth gauge. If you do already own an Apple Watch Series 9, there's probably not enough reason here to upgrade. But if this is your first time purchasing an Apple Watch, the Series 10 is definitely the best Apple Watch for most people.
Compared to the Apple Watch SE, the Apple Watch Series 10 boasts a larger size (42mm vs. 40mm), a bigger display with Always-On functionality, a 30% more powerful processor, double the storage, more advanced fitness tracking and body monitoring sensors, double-tap gesture support, and faster charging. The Apple Watch SE is substantially more affordable at $199 currently on Amazon, but I think the upgrades are more than worth it for most people.
Can You Use an Apple Watch with Android Phones?
Although it's technically possible to use an Apple Watch with an Android phone, we wouldn't recommend it. Apple made it so that a lot of the functionality of the Apple Watch requires a smartphone with an iOS operating system. There are some workarounds to implement some of the features, but for the average person, the hassle isn't worth it. If you're absolutely intent on getting an Apple Watch, then getting an iPhone first would be the best option. For those of you quite happy with your Android smarpthone, there are plenty of Android smartwatches that would be a better fit than the Apple Watch.

Apple's newest AirPods are all on sale today, which means you can score great savings regardless of the budget you're aiming for. Starting with the highest end model, the second generation Apple AirPods Pro wireless noise-canceling earbuds is $169.99 shipped (normally $240). The next step down, the Apple AirPods 4 with ANC (active noise cancelation) is down to $148.99 (normally $179). Finally, the value-packed AirPods 4 without ANC drops to $99.99 (normally $129). iPhone users, these are without a doubt the best earbuds to pair with your smartphone.
Apple AirPods Pro for $169.99
The AirPods Pro is the best-sounding "truly wireless" earbuds for iPhone users thanks to its passively isolating in-ear design combined with excellent active noise cancelation, low-distortion driver and amp, and the Apple H2 chip. It also has useful features like Adaptive Transparency Mode, which lets you better hear your surroundings without removing your earbuds, and Conversation Mode, which automatically enhances the voices of people you're talking to. The second generation AirPods Pro replaces the Lightning port with a more universal USB Type-C port so you don't have to mix and match cables, and also includes a MagSafe charging case as standard.
Save Over $40 Off the New Apple AirPods 4
The Apple AirPods 4 was released on September, 2024 in two variants: both models are mostly identical with the exception of the noise canceling functionality on the more expensive one. The AirPods 4 features several updates over the AirPods 3 which brings it in-line with modern day standards. These improvements include the newer Apple H2 chip (vs H1), Bluetooth 5.3 support (vs Bluetooth 5.0), better IP54 resistance rating which now protects against dust intrustion (vs IPX4), USB Type-C (vs Lightning), and replacement of the skin detect sensor with a more reliable optical in-ear sensor.
Should you get the AirPods Pro over AirPods 4 with ANC?
The AirPods Pro is a superior earbud, which is why it retails for $70 more than the AirPods 4 ANC. Both feature active noise cancelation, but the AirPods Pro produces better sound quality and more effective noise canceling because of its design. The AirPods 4 ANC is an open-ear style earbud with non-adjustable tips. They're designed to sit right outside of the ear which – while comfortable – means you get plenty of sound leakage and ambient noise intrusion.
On the other hand, the AirPods Pro is an in-ear style of earbud that sits right inside your ear canal, sealing the passage and passively isolating it from the ambient air. Adjustable tips are included to accomodate different sized ears and ensure you get that proper sealing fit, which is very important to squeeze out the best performance. At this price, the only compelling reason to still go for the AirPods 4 ANC is if you don't like the intrusive nature of in-ear style earbuds in general.

Anker quietly released a new high-capacity power bank earlier this year that sits alongside their Anker 737 and Prime series of power banks. This particular model boasts a massive 25,000mAh battery capacity, 165W of total charging output, and two built-in USB Type-C cables in case you forget to bring your own. It normally retails for $110, but there's a deal today that drops the price to $89.99. This is a great complement to your power-hungry gaming handheld PC like the Steam Deck, Asus Rog Ally, or Lenovo Legion Go.
New Release: Anker 25,000mAh 165W Power Bank
The new Anker power bank features a 25,000mAh battery capacity, which is the second largest capacity we've seen from Anker in a compact form factor. So how much juice will that offer to today's gaming handheld PCs? A 25,000mAh battery equates to a 95Whr capacity. An 80% power efficiency rating (which is standard for power banks) means you get about 76Whr of usable charge. That means this power bank will charge a Steam Deck or ROG Ally (40Whr) from empty to completely full 2 times, an Asus ROG Ally X (80Whr) 1 time, and a Nintendo Switch (16Whr) about 4.75 times.
The Anker power bank has one USB Type-C port and one USB Type-A port. In addition, there are two built-in USB Type-C cables. One is a retractable cable that can extend up to 2.3 feet. The other is a fixed 1-foot cable that doubles up as a lanyard when not in use. Each USB Type-C port is capable of up to 100W of Power Delivery with a total 165W maximum output. That means all three USB outputs are capable of charging any gaming handheld PC at its fastest rate, including the Asus ROG Ally X, which supports up to 100W of fast charging.
Another feature common to Anker's other premium power banks is the digital LCD readout. It displays a wealth of information like remaining battery capacity, current charging rate, input/output wattage, battery temperature, battery health, charge cycle count, and more.
TSA-Approved
TSA states that power banks must be under 100Whr in capacity for carry-on (check-in is not allowed under any circumstances). This Anker power bank is rated at 95Whr. You might get checked simply because this is a relatively hefty power bank, but you shouldn't have any problems getting it cleared.

Amazon has just dropped the price of the 10th gen Apple iPad to $259.99 shipped. Currently you can get it in Blue or Silver for this price. This is very close to the lowest price we've ever seen; it dropped to $249 for less than 24 hours during Black Friday before it sold out. Apple iPad 10.9" 10th Gen for $259.99
We picked this model as the best overall iPad of 2025. For most people, the iPad (not the Air, Mini, or Pro) is the best model to get because it offers nearly all the benefits of the iOS operating system and snappy performance at an affordable price. This particular 10th gen iPad features a 10.9" display, A14 Bionic chip, 64GB of internal storage, WiFi-6 connectivity, universal USB Type-C charging port, and compatibility with the Magic Folio keyboard so you can convert it into a mini laptop for better workflow. There is a newer iPad on the horizon, but the price premium may not be worth the upgrades.
Preorder the New 11th Gen Apple iPad
If you're willing to pay $70-$90 more, the new 2025 11th gen Apple iPad is now up for preorder. It features a more powerful A16 Bionic chip, a slightly larger 11" display, and 128GB of internal storage. Apple Intelligence will not be available. Yes, the changes are mostly incremental but if you're going to keep it for the long haul, it might still be worth the upgrade.

AMD's new Radeon RX 9070 and RX 9070 XT graphics cards were released today and it looks like they are selling out quickly. Don't fret, however, because you can still get these GPUs equipped in a prebuilt gaming PC for a very reasonable price. The Radeon RX 9070 series GPUs are the new mid-range champions of this generation. Both cards offer phenomenal performance while undercutting their Nvidia competition in price
AMD Radeon RX 9070 / 9070 XT Gaming PCs at Best Buy
Special mention goes to this Skytech prebuilt gaming PC. Not only is it currently the least expensive Radeon RX 9070 XT gaming PCat Best Buy so far, it's housed in the excellent Lian-Li O11 Vision ATX computer case.

The GeForce RTX 5070 Ti graphics card was released in late February for $749.99, but good luck finding one at that price. As with the rest of the Blackwell lineup, everyone from personal sellers to the manufacturers themselves have joined in on the price markup bonanza. You'd be hard pressed to find a 5070 Ti for anything lower than $1,000.
Fortunately there's a way to get around these shenanigans, and that is by purchasing a prebuilt gaming PC instead. Amazon is currently offering CyberpowerPC RTX 5070 Ti gaming desktops starting at $2,069.99. That's a reasonable price considering the fact that the RTX 5070 Ti has proven to be nearly identical in performance to the RTX 4080 Super, without even factoring in DLSS 4. The best deal currently on an RTX 4080 Super gaming PC is one I've found at HP for $2,299.99, and unless you have a brand preference, getting one of these PCs is probably a better option.
CyberPowerPC RTX 5070 Ti Prebuilt Gaming PCs on Amazon
My preferred config is the CyberPowerPC Gamer Supreme gaming PC equipped with an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU, RTX 5070 Ti GPU, 32GB of RAM, and a 2TB SSD. In our AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D review, Jackie Thomas wrote that "the AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D is extremely powerful in games, which makes it easier to recommend than other recent processors like the Intel Core Ultra 9 285K or Ryzen 9 9900X. Especially if you’re building a rig with a powerful graphics card, the 9800X3D is going to be the best way to get the most performance."
Of all the Blackwell cards released thus far, the RTX 5070 Ti offers the best bang for your buck, especially when pitted against the previous generation GPUs. It performs neck-and-neck with the RTX 4080 Super and already marginalizes the RTX 5080, which is only about 10%-15% faster but costs 33% more. This GPU is capable of high framerates in nearly all games, even at 4K resolution with ray tracing enabled. Heck, even if you plan on using this card for AI, the RTX 5070 Ti might be the better value than the RTX 50870 since both are equipped with the same 16GB of GDDR7 VRAM.
Alternative: HP Omen 45L RTX 4080 PC for $2,349.99
HP is offering its biggest and best HP Omen 45L gaming PC equipped with a 14th-gen Intel Core i7-14700K CPU and GeForce RTX 4080 Super GPU for only $2,299.99 after $700 in instant savings. This is one of the most powerful gaming PCs from HP at the moment and is capable of playing any game at up to 4K resolution. It's nearly identical in performance to the new RTX 5070 Ti GPU and about 10% less powerful than the RTX 5080 GPU, and it even has the same amount of VRAM (albeit it uses GDDR6 vs GDDR7).

For this week only, Best Buy Buy is offering this capable Lenovo LOQ RTX 4060 gaming laptop for only $799.99 shipped after a $200 instant discount. This is currently Best Buy's best deal on a budget gaming laptop. It features a 15" 1080p display, AMD Ryzen 7 7435HS CPU, GeForce RTX 4060 GPU, 16GB of RAM, and a 512GB SSD.
Lenovo LOQ 15.6" RTX 4060 Gaming Laptop for $799.99
The LOQ is Lenovo's lineup of budget-oriented gaming laptops. LOQ laptops are more affordable than Legion laptops, but in return they offer fewer customization options, a slightly bigger footprint and heavier weight, and less premium materials. If you're looking for a high end gaming laptop equipped with an RTX 4070, 4080, or 4090 GPU, then you would have to go with a Legion laptop because LOQ laptops aren't equipped with such. However if an RTX 4060 GPU suits your needs, the LOQ is a better bang for your buck because spec-for-spec, the LOQ performs similarly to the Legion.
How powerful is the RTX 4060 GPU?
The RTX 4060 GPU in the Lenovo LOQ boasts a 115W TGP (140W with Dynamic Boost), which is the maximum amount of power that can be supplied to an RTX 4060 mobile GPU. Performance-wise, the RTX 4060 sits right in between the RTX 3070 and RTX 3070 Ti. It should run pretty much any game on the native 1920x1080 display and can push even higher framerates if the game supports DLSS 3.0.

AstroAI L7 Tire Inflator for $23.99
The AstroAI L7 is a cordless tire inflator and portable air compressor with a 4,000mAh battery that hould be able to fill up all four of your tires least a few times over before needing a recharge. The compressor features a maximum pressure of 150 PSI and can fill a tire at a rate of 17L per minute. It can refill a 195/65R15 tire from 30 to 36 PSI in about 1.5 minutes.
The L7 charges quickly over USB Type-C and if you don't have a cable on hand, a USB Type-A to USB Type-C is supplied in the package. A couple of different needle tips are provided so that you can also use this air compressor to fill up bicycle tires, balls, or inflatables as well. Not everyone is the DIY type. If you're in the market for a prebuilt gaming PC, Dell is one of the best brands we'd recommend. Alienware desktops and laptops feature solid build quality, top-of-the-line gaming performance, excellent cooling (further improved on the newer models), aggressive styling, and pricing that is very competitive with other pre-built options. Best of all, there are plenty of sales that happen throughout the year, so it's not difficult to grab one of these computers at considerably less than their retail price. This page includes all of the best deals that are currently available.

Alienware Aurora R16 RTX 5080 Gaming PC
Starting today, Dell is offering an Alienware Aurora R16 gaming PC equipped with the new GeForce RTX 5080 GPU for just $2,399.99 shipped. This is one of the best prices you can get right now for an RTX 5080 equipped prebuilt, especially since most other brands seem to be jacking up prices steadily since the RTX 50 series launch in January. The only other prebuilt you can get at Dell with an RTX 5080 GPU costs over $4,000. Good luck trying to find a standalone GPU to build out your own DIY PC; you'll probably spend as much for the GPU as you would this entire system.
Alienware Area-51 RTX 5080 Up for Preorder
New Price Drop
Dell dropped the price on a maxed out Alienware Area-51 system by a decent amount. This particular config has been upgraded with an Intel Core Ultra 9 285K processor, 64GB of RAM, and a 4TB M.2 SSD for $4.649.99 after a $400 off instant discount. The CPU is cooled by a 360mm all-in-one liquid cooler and the entire system is powered by a massive 1,500W 80PLUS Platinum power supply. Dell estimates this system to arrive at doorin early April.
New for 2025: The Alienware Area-51 Chassis
Dell unveiled the new Alienware Area-51 gaming PC at CES 2025. The chassis looks similar to the 2024 R16 system with some minor aesthetic and cooling redesigns and updated components. The I/O panel is positioned at the top of the case instead of the front, and the tempered glass window now spans the entire side panel instead of just a smaller cutout. As a result, the side panel vents are gone, and instead air intakes are located at the bottom as well as the front of the case. Alienware is now pushing a positive airflow design (more intake than exhaust airflow), which usually means a less dusty interior. The internal components have also all been refreshed, with a new motherboard, faster RAM, and more powerful power supply to accommodate the new generation of CPUs and the RTX 50 series GPUs.
Alienware m16 Gaming Laptops
Dell is offering an Alienware m16 R2 RTX 4060 gaming laptop starting at $1,599.99 shipped (no discounts currently available). The m16 R2 is Alienware's most popular gaming laptop, which isn't surprising considering its excellent build quality, top-of-the-line gaming prowess, and reasonable price point. The "R2" is the second generation model that was released in 2024; it's 14% lighter and more compact than its predecessor without compromising on performance.
Alienware x16 R2 Gaming Laptops
The Alienware x16 gaming laptop is a slimmer and lighter redesign of the traditional m-series laptop. It's the thinnest 16" Alienware laptop ever and compares in build quality and performance to other high-end ultra-thin laptops like the Razer Blade. This Alienware x16 R2 laptop is built with premium materials, like a magnesium alloy chassis and palm rest, anodized aluminum lid, stainless steel keyboard tray, and Micro LED RGB accent lighting. It's only 0.73" thin and weighs in at 6 pounds. That's impressive considering the fact that this laptop can be equipped with the most power NVIDIA GPU.
Alienware m18 R2 RTX 4080 Gaming Laptop
The Alienware m18 is the biggest Alienware laptop you can buy with an imposing 18" 2560x1600 display and top-of-the-line components. Currently theres only one model on sale, which is equipped with an Intel Core i9-14900HX CPU, RTX 4080 GPU, 32GB of RAM, and a 2TB SSD for $2,699.99 after a $400 instant discount.
Dell G-Series Gaming Laptops
Dell has dropped the prices on the G16 16" gaming laptops. Dells G-series laptops are great options for budget gamers. They offer excellent gaming performance equal to a comparably equipped Alienware laptop but at a much lower price point. They also have better build quality than Dell's Inspiron lineup, with nicer materials that include anodized aluminum, and an aggressive cooling design borrowed from Alienware laptops.
Not all laptop GPUs are the same, even if they share the same name.
There are two important tidbits that deserve mention concerning graphics cards found in laptops. First, mobile GPU variants are not as powerful as their desktop counterparts. For example, a mobile RTX 4060 doesn't perform as well as a desktop RTX 4060. The mobile versions are generally about one to two tiers lower in performance. Using the same example, the mobile RTX 4060 performs more similarly to a desktop RTX 4050.
Second, not all laptops feature the same performance out of the same GPU. For example, the RTX 4060 found in the Alienware m16 will be more powerful than the RTX 4060 found in the Alienware x14. In order to roughly tell how good a GPU will be, you can look at the TGP rating. That's basically the amount of power supplied to the GPU. A higher TGP rating means more power will be delivered, equating to stronger performance, however the wattage consumption and heat generated will be higher. Here are the maximum TGP rates for the RTX 40 series graphics cards:
Mobile RTX 4050: 115W
Mobile RTX 4060: 115W
Mobile RTX 4070: 115W
Mobile RTX 4080: 150W
Mobile RTX 4090: 150W
Dell just dropped the price of one of its best gaming monitors to the lowest price ever, better than even Black Friday or Cyber Monday. Right now you can pick up an Alienware AW3423DWF 34" QD-OLED gaming monitor for only $552.49 after 15% off coupon code "MONITORS15". This is one of Alienware's highest end monitors, with a gorgeous QD OLED panel, WQHD resolution, and a respectable 165Hz refresh rate.
Why Pick a Dell or Alienware Gaming PC?
If you're in the market for a prebuilt gaming PC, Dell is one of best gaming brands we'd recommend. The Alienware gaming desktops offer a staggering array of options, all built into a custom chassis. Alienware gaming laptops in recent years have been redesigned to be thinner and lighter while still offering the same immense power under the hood. Consistent build quality, available inventory, frequent sales, and solid customer service are the main reasons why Dell is at the top of our buying list for gaming laptops and PCs.

Alienware Aurora R16 RTX 5080 Gaming PC for $2,400
This Alienware Aurora R16 gaming PC is equipped with an Intel Core Ultra 7 265F CPU, GeForce RTX 5080 GPU, 16GB of DDR5-5200MHz RAM, and a 1TB NVMe SSD. The current-gen Intel Core Ultra 7 265F Meteor Lake CPU boasts a max turbo frequency of 5.3GHz with 20 cores and a 30MB cache. It's cooled by a robust 240mm all-in-one liquid cooler and the entire system is powered by a generously equipped 1,000W 80PLUS Platinum power supply.
The RTX 5080 is one of three new Blackwell graphics cards that are out (and impossible to find). In our Nvidia GeForce RTX 5080 FE review, Jackie writes that "If you already have a high-end graphics card from the last couple of years, the Nvidia GeForce RTX 5080 doesn’t make a lot of sense – it just doesn’t have much of a performance lead over the RTX 4080, though the extra frames from DLSS 4 Multi-Frame Generation do make things look better in games that support it. However, for gamers with an older graphics card who want a significant performance boost, the RTX 5080 absolutely provides – doubly so if you’re comfortable with Nvidia’s AI goodies."

RTX 5080 and 5090 GPUs Are Sold Out Everywhere
The first wave of Nvidia GeForce RTX 50-series graphics cards went up for preorder and sold out within the first hour. First to be released were the two highest-end GPUs in the stack: the RTX 5090 and RTX 5080. The RTX 5070 Ti followed shortly after in February. Sadly, the same is the case with prebuilt gaming PCs equipped with these new GPUs. We saw a number of systems listed at launch, and at this point these are either out of stock, have gone up in price, or are currently experiencing extended delivery delays.
