Santos Paulino Vasquez-Ramirez, 27, illegally entered the country in 2013, crossing the border in Hidalgo, Texas, and had three prior arrests before being locked up for allegedly choking cabbie Aurelio Zhunio-Orbez to death on Dec.1, according to officials and sources.

Santos Vasquez-Ramirez, 27, was arrested at his Pawling, New York, home on Saturday in connection to the Dec. 1 murder of Aurelio Zhunio-Orbez, according to authorities.
