(Reuters) - La Commission européenne annonce vendredi avoir donné son feu vert à l'offre d'achat de 1,66 milliard d'euros formulée par Safran pour une partie de l'activité d'actionnement de Collins Aerospace.
L'exécutif européen estime que la proposition de Safran de céder l'ensemble de son activité d'actionnement électromécanique (THSA) nord-américaine, au titre des mesures correctives, "remédie pleinement aux problèmes de concurrence recensés par la Commission en supprimant totalement les chevauchements entre les activités THSA des parties", peut-on lire dans un communiqué.
Safran a annoncé la vente de cette activité en décembre dernier.
