The disgraced news anchor had a rocky few years as he continuously fell into trouble with the law, while struggling with alcoholism.

"I got to a point where I was like, you know what, the best thing to do is I'm just gonna call in sick today. And I got Coldplayed," Comeaux said.

"Very nice kid, and he had a good sense of humor, Always happy and adventurous and just so you know, at the same time, very respectful," a mom of the teen's close friend said.

The female victim, whose identity wasn't announced pending her family's notification, was between 14 and 15 years old.
