As befits an Alienware laptop, there's plenty of RGB illunimation, although most of it can be turned off if you want your laptop to be a bit more subtle.

Amazon has lowered the price of the LEGO Super Mario Piranha Plant 71426 to just $35.99 after a 40% off instant discount. The recently released Apple Watch Series 11 just dropped to a price that's lower than the best deal I saw during Black Friday or Cyber Monday. Amazon currently has several models available for just $299, or $100 off the retail price. This beats the Cyber Monday price by $30, making this the new lowest price I've seen. An Apple Watch would make a worthwhile upgrade for yourself if you're still rocking an Apple Watch 8 or older, or a great gift idea for any iPhone user.
The Apple Watch Series 11 is the current generation model. Probably the biggest upgrade is 5G connectivity for the cellular models, although the ones on sale here are GPS only. Other updates include a "2X more scratch resistant" Ion-X glass, brighter display that can go up to 2,000 nits, and 33% longer battery life. Software features include hypertension notifications, sleep score, and an Apple Intelligence powered "Workout Buddy" that motivates you during exercise. The processor is the same S10 chip found in the Apple Watch Series 10. In fact, it's technically the same chip found in the Apple Watch Series 9, but optimized for better performance and efficiency.
Can you use an Apple Watch with Android phones?
Although it's technically possible to use an Apple Watch with an Android phone, we wouldn't recommend it. Apple made it so that a lot of the functionality of the Apple Watch requires a smartphone with an iOS operating system. There are some workarounds to implement some of the features, but for the average person, the hassle isn't worth it. If you're absolutely intent on getting an Apple Watch, then getting an iPhone first would be the best option.

The Beam (Gen 2) is a 26-inch long, 5.0-channel soundbar with one tweeter and four mid-woofers for natural, balanced sound and four passive radiators to help with the low end. Although the Beam doesn't have physical height channels, it has two virtual height channels for Dolby Atmos support. There's also a built-in microphone for smart functionality.
Sonos Sub 3 Subwoofer
The audio savvy knows that a single speaker isn't enough to reproduce an entire soundstage. If you could pick only one other speaker to supplement your existing one, then a subwoofer would make the most meaningful impact. The best Black Friday deal on a brand new, unopened pair of AirPods Pro 3 earbuds has returned. Amazon (and various other retailers) has once again lowered the price of the Apple AirPods Pro 3 earbuds back down to $219.99. Retail price is $249. This would make a fantastic (albeit extremely generous) gift for any iOS user, even if that person already has an older generation AirPods Pro. The upgrades are more than just incremental this time around.

The AirPods Pro 3 launched on September 19, so it's just over 2 months old and you can already get it for over 30% off. Like its predecessor, this is easily the best earbuds for anyone who uses an iPhone. Although it looks pretty similar to the 2nd gen AirPods, there are some pretty significant improvements under the hood. The most notable new feature is the built-in heart rate sensing, but the AirPods Pro 3 improves in other subtle ways as well, including better audio quality, better noise cancelation, long battery life, and a more weatherproof IP57 shell.

During Black Friday and Cyber Monday, there were surprisingly few GPU deals. Fortunately, if you've been waiting for one of the more affordable Blackwell cards to come back in stock at a reputable retailer, there's a good deal available right now. Walmart is offering an PNY GeForce RTX 5070 12GB Graphics Card for just $499 shipped. This is actually a better deal than previous ones I've seen because it features a triple-fan cooling system. The RTX 5070 is an excellent GPU for gaming at up to 1440p with high framerates, especially with DLSS 4.

Compared to the previous generation GPUs, the RTX 5070 performs comparably with the RTX 4070 Super, which was already an excellent card for 1080p and 1440p gaming. The RTX 5070 also features DLSS 4 with multi-frame generation, and the performance gap widens in games that support it, including Doom: The Dark Ages, Clair Obscur, Borderlands 4, Battlefield 6, and more. The PNY model has a triple-fan cooling system, which is probably overkill because the RTX 5070 doesn't run that hot.

You'd think with the threat of tariff-related price hikes constantly looming, prices on Bandai Gundam model kits would be way over retail, but that's not necessarily true. Case in point, Amazon is currently offering the Bandai Strike Freedom Gundam Perfect Grade Model Kit for $219.99. This is sold and shipped by Amazon directly, not a marketplace reseller. This kit retails for around $300 but prices have hovered closer to $250-$260 for most of 2025. This is one of the biggest and most display-worthy Gundam sets you can get for under $300, and would make an amazing gift idea this holiday season for any Gundam superfan or hobby model enthusiast.
Bandai Strike Freedom Gundam PG Kit for $219.99
The Bandai Strike Freedom PG kit was released way back in 2010. It is a 1:60 replica of the mobile suilt piloted by Kira Yamato in Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny. This is a very impressively sized build, measuring 23.2" x 15.7" x 6.7" thanks to its imposing DRAGOON "wings". Like any Perfect Grade model, this is not a kit for beginnners; with nearly 1,000 fragile pieces, this $200+ set requires patient, skill, and the proper modeling tools for successful completion.
This set has been priced between $210-$220 in years past, but prices went up significantly in 2025 with the concern over tariffs. Fortunately during the holiday season, the price seems to have dropped, although I don't know for how long. Even if you purchase it now, there's no guarantee that this kit will arrive before Christmas.

Bowflex isn't the only option when it comes to adjustable dumbbell sets. NordicTrack is another trusted brand at a much lower price point. For a limited time, Amazon has discounted the NordicTrack Select-a-Weight Adjustable Dumbbells to just $249.98. That's over $200 less than a comparable set of Bowflex SelectTechs. NordicTrack Adjustable Dumbbells (55lbs per Dumbbell)
Each dumbbell in this NordicTrack set is adjustable from 10 pounds all the way to 55 pounds with 15 incremental weight adjustments. I've tried these dumbbells out myself and the quality is on par with Bowflex. Build materials are mostly metal with some sturdy plastic in non-critical areas. Unlike the Bowflex 552, which uses rubber handles, the NordicTrack uses knurled metal which feels better and grips just as well as the Bowflex ones. The weight selection system is different from Bowflex's dial but still smooth and easy to use. Storage trays are included so that you can set it on any stand or table and the dumbbells won't roll off anywhere. NordicTrack backs these dumbbells with a two-year warranty.
One complaint I have for the Bowflex is that no matter what weight you choose, the length of the dumbbell remains constant at 17 inches because of the fixed spine. Unfortunately, the lighter the weight, the more unwieldy the dumbbell feels. The NordicTrack model doesn't suffer the same design limitation; the dumbbell starts out short when you add one plate and gets longer as you add on more plates. I didn't think this would matter much at all until I actually tried them out.
Free weights are a great choice for anyone who wants to work out at home but is limited on space. The benefit of adjustable dumbbells is that the plates are all neatly contained and take up far less floor space than an entire rack of individual dumbbells. A pair of dumbbells is all the equipment you need to get access to a wide range of exercises that can target just about every muscle in your upper and lower body. Supplement your free weight exercises with cardio and other workouts that use your own body weight as resistance (like pushups, burpees, or squats) and you may never need to purchase more equipment. If you're starting out, 110 pounds of weights is all you'll need for a while.

Dell (Alienware) is offering an Alienware Aurora R16 gaming PC equipped with an RTX 5080 PC starting at just $1,850. It's complemented with an Intel Core Ultra 7 CPU, but since this is a customizable configuration, you can upgrade specs for an extra cost. Alienware normally commands a high price, so this is a great opportunity to stay within budget and still get performance without compromising on quality.

The processor is cooled by a 240mm all-in-one liquid cooling and the system is run off a 1,000W 80+ Platinum rated power supply.
Alternatively, for an extra $650, you can upgrade to a more powerful Intel Core Ultra 9 285K processor and double the memory and storage. That isn't very cost effective for most people, but you might want to consider getting this config if you can make use of the extra cores and you don't plan on doing any upgrades yourself in the future.
The GeForce RTX 5080 GPU will run any game in 4K
Performance-wise, the RTX 5080 is no slouch. It's one of the fastest cards on the market, bested only by the $2,000 RTX 5090 and the discontinued $1,600 RTX 4090. This is a phenomenal card for playing the latest, most demanding games in 4K resolution at high settings and ray tracing enabled. The RTX 5080 supports DLSS 4 with multi-frame generation, which means you can push even more frames out of games that support the technology with minimal visual compromise. Recent games that support it include Doom: The Dark Ages, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, Borderlands 4, Stellar Blade, and Battlefield 6.
