Mark Carney received worldwide praise for his speech at Davos, in which he threw down the gauntlet against Donald J. Trump’s destructive politics. His speech, a couple days later on Canadian unity at the Plains of Abraham will not receive such international attention, but it is far more revealing of the fundamental flaw of Carney as a politician.
